Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind while the parcel is in transit.

  Quality Check & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
